Privacy policy

What we collect

Form submissions from /contact — the fields you fill in (name, email, company, phone, subject, message), plus a submission timestamp and IP for spam-prevention rate-limiting. We do not set tracking cookies. Vercel Analytics and Vercel Speed Insights run on this site in cookieless first-party mode; they measure aggregate page-view and Core Web Vitals data, no personal data, no third-party scripts.

How we use it

We use form submissions only to respond to your inquiry. Submissions reach our corporate inbox via Resend, our transactional-email provider. We do not enroll you in marketing lists. We do not pass your information to third parties.

Retention

We keep contact-form submissions for as long as the conversation is active, plus 90 days for routine follow-up. After that we delete them from both our inbox and Resend's logs unless a contract or legal obligation requires longer retention.

Data-subject requests

Write to info@irongate-energy.com to request a copy of what we hold about you, to correct it, or to delete it. We respond within 30 days.

Service providers

Vercel (web hosting + cookieless analytics). Resend (transactional email). Each provider sees only the data necessary to perform its function.

We may revise this policy as our practices evolve or as applicable law requires. Material changes will be reflected in the effective date below; we recommend reviewing this page before submitting a contact form if it has been some time since your last visit. Substantive revisions to retention periods, the categories of data we collect, or the parties we share with will be called out in the section that changes.
